Treatment: Phase 1
Patient received 6 chiropractic treatments to restore proper nerve function. Over the course of treatment passive mobilization was administered to restore the cranial respiratory mechanism. Chiropractic treatments were administered C2, T8, and L2 to restore neuromechinal function. He received 6 low-level laser treatments to restore neuromuscular function and balance meridians. The following muscles were found to be autogenically inhibited right sternocleidomastoid, left pectorals major claviular. The kidney meridian was found to be deficient and the circulation sex meridian was found to be in excess. He received 6 neurofeedback sessions to balance brain waves. The neurofeedback protocol used was #18 with blue lenses left eye at 14Hz and right eye at 17Hz directed at sites C3/4. The following nutrients were taken to promote the synthesis of acetylcholine and promote neuronal communication: Acetyl L-Carnitine, L-Glutamine, Taurine, Cytidine 5'-diphosphocholine, alpha lipoid acid. The following nutrients were taken to modulate Cortisol: Phosphatidylserine, Phosphatidylcholine, DMAE Biartrate. The following nutrients were taken to decrease inflammation: Calcium ascorbate, calcium citrate, rutin, protease 6.0, protease 4.5, citrus bioflavonoid complex, quercetin, and bromeliad. The following nutrients were taken to support healthy levels of Omega 3s: Eicosopentaenoic acid, and Docosahexaenoic acid. The following nutrients were taken to restore the normal intestinal flora: Lactobacillus Acidophilus, Lactobacillus Rhamnosus, Lactobacillus Bulgaricus, Bifidobacterium Breve, Bifidobacterium Longum.

Results:
Patient is now better able to articulate what he is experiencing. He reports a decrease in brain fog now at 1 out of 6 previously a 3, and a decrease in difficulty coming up with words now at a 1 out of 6 previously a 3. Patient states that the headaches and nausea still rate at a 2 out of 6 but they are no longer on a daily basis, they are 2 to 3 times a week. He also states a decrease in his trouble with memory now a 2 out of 6 previously a 3. Patient was motivated to come off of the sleep medication he has been on for the past 15 years. As he is currently coming off of the medication he is experiencing inability to stay asleep rating a 2 out of 6.

Since the complaint began the symptoms have generally been getting worse.

Treatment: Phase 1
Patient received 6 chiropractic treatments to restore proper nerve function. Over the course of treatment passive mobilization was used to restore the craniosacral respiratory mechanism. Chiropractic treatments were administered to C3, T2, and L2 to restore neuromechanical function. She received 6 low-level laser treatments to restore neuromuscular function and balance meridians. She received 6 neurofeedback sessions to balance brain waves. The following muscles were autogenically inhibited left pectoralis major sternal and bilateral pectoralis major clavicular. The bladder meridian was found to be deficient and the triple heater meridian was found to be in excess. The neurofeedback protocol used was #3 with yellow lenses left eye at 14Hz and right eye at 18Hz directed at sited C3/4. The following nutrients were taken to promote the synthesis of acetylcholine and promte neuronal communication: Acetyl L-Carnitine, L-Glutamine, Taurine, Cytidine 5'-diphosphocholine, alpha lipoic acid. The following nutrients were taken to modulate Cortisol: Phosphatidylserine, phosphatidylcholine, DMAE Biartrate. The following nutrients were taken to support the adrenal glands: Vitamin A, Vitamin C, Thiamin, Riboflavin, Niacinamide, Vitamin B-6, Pantothenic Acid, Amino Acid Chelate, Sodium Citrate, Adrenal Cortex, Licorice Root, Ginseng Root.
